MIDWEEK PASS

Alpine midweek-only season pass valid Monday-Friday during the 2019-20 winter season, excluding December 26-31, 2019. | This pass is valid for alpine skiing/snowboarding and is not valid for Nordic skiing. Add-on PASS REFUND PROTECTION for $39 to preserve the opportunity for a full or partial refund under qualifying circumstances. Otherwise, the pass is non-refundable. All products are non-transferable and non-refundable even if the pass is never used or picked-up, except as permitted under the Season Pass Refund Protection Plan. Applicable age category and charges for pass product are determined based on an individual's age as of January 1, 2020. Mt. Bachelor LLC reserves the right to require any individual purchasing a pass or card to present a state-issued photo ID and/or original birth certificate prior to finalizing sale and activation of pass or card. Mt. Bachelor, at its sole discretion, will determine the length of the winter season & the operating schedule. The planned winter season, from late November through May, is subject to change. All lift ticket & Season Pass products will expire after the 2020 winter season closing date. Any pass with a picture associated with it is to be used by the official pass holder only. Mt. Bachelor will be vigilantly on the lookout for cases of pass fraud in order to protect the investment of the vast majority of law-abiding pass holders. Penalties, including fines, season-long or lifetime Mt. Bachelor access bans, and/or criminal charges will be assessed to both the fraudulent user and the consenting pass holder.

SEASON PASS INFORMATION


VALID USE & EXCLUSION DATES

The Winter Midweek Season Pass is valid to use Monday-Friday only during the 2019-20 winter season, excluding December 26-31, 2019. Not valid for Nordic skiing. Mt. Bachelor's 2019-20 winter season is defined from opening day in 2019 through Sunday, May 24, 2020. Participation in any on-mountain activities after May 24, 2020, including summer skiing/boarding (if offered), may require additional payment.

Applicable age category and charges for pass product are determined based on an individual's age as of January 1, 2020. Mt. Bachelor LLC reserves the right to require any individual purchasing a pass or card to present a state-issued photo ID and/or original birth certificate prior to finalizing sale and activation of pass or card.


PASS REFUND PROTECTION

All Mt. Bachelor ticket and passes are non-refundable and all sales are final. The only exception is for those who purchase Pass Refund Protection. Under that plan, full or partial refunds may be available in certain circumstances.

For those who purchased PASS REFUND PROTECTION, you must contact us by December 15, 2019 if you have any medical concerns that will affect your pass usage during the 2019-20 winter season. After that date, only partial refunds will be offered based on your notification date.

If you opted not to buy Pass Refund Protection, you must understand and accept that your pass is non-refundable under all circumstances. All requests for relief will be automatically denied.


PICKING UP AND ACTIVATING YOUR PASS

If you have an existing OnePass media card from a previous winter or summer season and you entered the code on your media card during the purchase process:

Your OnePass is active and you and you can take it directly to the lifts on your first day skiing or snowboarding!

If you are a new customer, don't have a OnePass media card, or need a picture taken:

Visit us at the ticket sales & service center at our West Village base area, inside the Mountain Gateway building. We can take your photo and issue your pass at that location. Alternatively, you can visit our Bend office location in the Sun Country Tours building at 531 SW 13th Street. Walk-in office hours are 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. daily.

All Mt. Bachelor season pass products are non-transferable and Mt. Bachelor requires a photo to be kept on file for each customer in the computer system. Photos should be updated with each age-group graduation or if your appearance significantly changes. Even if a photo is not printed on your pass, it will be kept on file and will be displayed on monitors when you pass through our lift access gates.
